I grew up in Alexandria and have always been passionate about movement, health, and the outdoors. Whether it’s lifting weights, hunting, hiking, wrestling, or spending time with family, I believe our ability to fully enjoy life depends on maintaining a healthy and capable body.
That passion led me to pursue degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Therapy and spend my career helping people recover from injuries, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.
Today, through Pursuit Physical Therapy, I combine hands-on treatment, dry needling, exercise, performance testing, and health coaching to help people not only overcome pain, but also improve their fitness, health, and long-term quality of life.
My approach is simple: listen carefully, identify the root cause of the problem, and create a practical plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, preparing for a fitness goal, looking to improve your health, or simply wanting to stay active and independent as you age, I want to help you build the capacity to keep doing the things that matter most.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you pursue a healthier, stronger, and more capable life.
